Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was convenient for our visit to Longwood Gardens, being on the road side meant we could hear traffic at night. The service was mostly friendly, courteous, and helpful, although there was an issue with the room reservation that left us feeling unaided and unapologetically blamed. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but being on the road side of the building, we could hear traffic at night. The service was very polite and accommodating, and the staff working that night was amazing. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, although it was a bit hard to find in the dark and rain. The dining experience was great with a nice selection of breakfast items, although more fruit choices would have been appreciated.
