Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, suitable for a couple with a child, were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, but unfortunately never really reached a comfortable temperature. While the location was convenient for our visit to Longwood Gardens, being on the road side meant we could hear traffic at night. The service was mostly friendly, courteous, and helpful, although there was an issue with the room reservation that left us feeling unaided and unapologetically blamed. The dining experience was decent, offering a variety of options but lacking more substantial choices. Overall, the hotel provided a decent value for money stay, but there were some notable drawbacks we encountered during our time there.
